Problem Statement
HR professionals struggle to address every employee concern efficiently, from POSH and workplace harassment to remuneration issues. Without a streamlined system, unresolved grievances can impact employee satisfaction and raise integrity concerns. To foster a transparent and supportive work environment, a digital platform is essential for managing and resolving employee queries effectively.

The HR department seeks a systematic approach to addressing employee complaints, as not all issues can be resolved face-to-face. This portal will streamline issue resolution and allow grievance tracking for both employees and HR.

The insights gained from HR collaboration will fuel my future designs, making workplaces smarter, safer, and more efficient!
